Booking Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Dublin Adventure Tours for your travel experience. We are committed to providing quality motorcoach tours and memorable travel experiences for adults, senior groups, churches, students, and special events.
By making a reservation with Dublin Adventure Tours, the customer and all members of the traveling party agree to the following Booking Terms & Conditions.
1. Reservations and Deposits
A reservation is considered confirmed once the required deposit has been received.
A deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit amount varies depending on the specific trip, tour, destination, and travel arrangements.
Deposits and payments may be made using the payment methods accepted by Dublin Adventure Tours at the time of booking.
The person making the reservation is responsible for ensuring that all members of their traveling party are aware of and agree to these Booking Terms & Conditions.
2. Final Payment
Final payment deadlines vary depending on the type of trip:
- Domestic Trips: Full payment is due 45 days prior to departure.
- International Tours: The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to departure.
Reservations that are not paid in full by the applicable payment deadline may be subject to cancellation, loss of the reservation, or applicable cancellation fees.
3. Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can sometimes change. Our cancellation policy is based on the date Dublin Adventure Tours receives written notice of cancellation.
- Cancellation before the applicable final payment deadline: The customer will receive a full refund of payments made, subject to any non-refundable third-party expenses specifically identified at the time of booking.
- Cancellation after the applicable final payment deadline but more than 14 days before departure: A 50% cancellation penalty will apply to the balance paid.
- Cancellation within 14 days of the departure date: No refund will be provided.
Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing to Dublin Adventure Tours. The date the written cancellation is received will be used to determine the applicable cancellation policy.
4. Trip Changes and Cancellations by Dublin Adventure Tours
Dublin Adventure Tours reserves the right to make reasonable changes to an itinerary, including changes to transportation, accommodations, attractions, restaurants, departure times, routes, or other components of a trip when circumstances require.
Every effort will be made to maintain the overall quality and character of the tour.
Dublin Adventure Tours also reserves the right to cancel a trip when circumstances make cancellation necessary, including insufficient participation, transportation issues, severe weather, natural disasters, governmental restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If Dublin Adventure Tours cancels a trip, customers will be notified as soon as reasonably possible and will receive information regarding available refund or alternative arrangements.
5. Motorcoach and Transportation
Dublin Adventure Tours may utilize different motorcoaches or transportation providers depending on availability and the requirements of a particular trip. While we make every effort to provide the vehicle and transportation described at the time of booking, Dublin Adventure Tours reserves the right to substitute a comparable vehicle when necessary.
Departure and arrival times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions, mechanical issues, construction, delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Passenger Conduct
For the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all passengers, travelers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner.
Passengers must follow all instructions provided by the motorcoach driver and Dublin Adventure Tours representatives.
Dublin Adventure Tours reserves the right to remove a passenger from a trip, without refund, if that passenger engages in behavior that threatens the safety or comfort of other passengers, the driver, tour staff, or the public.
This may include, but is not limited to, violence, harassment, abusive behavior, excessive intoxication, possession or use of illegal drugs, or refusal to follow reasonable safety instructions.
7. Smoking, Alcohol, and Prohibited Items
Smoking and vaping are prohibited on Dublin Adventure Tours motorcoaches unless specifically permitted by the company and applicable law.
Alcohol policies may vary by trip and vehicle. Passengers must comply with all applicable laws and with instructions provided by Dublin Adventure Tours and the motorcoach operator.
Illegal drugs, weapons, hazardous materials, and other prohibited items are not permitted on company or chartered motorcoaches.
8. Luggage and Personal Belongings
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings and luggage throughout the trip.
Dublin Adventure Tours is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced personal property except to the extent required by applicable law.
Passengers should not leave valuables unattended on the motorcoach or in hotel rooms, restaurants, attractions, or other locations.
9. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers are responsible for:
- Arriving at the designated departure location on time.
- Having all required identification, travel documents, passports, visas, and other documentation for the trip.
- Providing accurate passenger information when making a reservation.
- Following all applicable laws and travel requirements.
- Informing Dublin Adventure Tours in advance of mobility, dietary, medical, or other special requirements that may affect participation in the trip.
Passengers are responsible for any costs resulting from missed departures or failure to have required travel documents.
10. International Travel
For international tours, travelers are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, visas, entry permits, vaccinations, or other documentation required for their destination.
Dublin Adventure Tours will provide reasonable information regarding known travel requirements but cannot guarantee entry into any country.
Travelers should verify current requirements with the appropriate government authorities before departure.
11. Special Accommodations
Dublin Adventure Tours strives to accommodate passengers with special needs whenever reasonably possible.
Passengers requiring accessibility accommodations, mobility assistance, dietary accommodations, or other special arrangements should notify Dublin Adventure Tours as early as possible, preferably at the time of booking.
Some accommodations may require advance arrangements or additional fees.
12. Itinerary Changes
Tour itineraries are subject to change when necessary due to circumstances beyond Dublin Adventure Tours’ control.
Attractions, restaurants, hotels, transportation providers, and other tour components may occasionally become unavailable. When this occurs, Dublin Adventure Tours will make reasonable efforts to provide a comparable alternative.
Changes to an itinerary do not automatically entitle a customer to a refund.
13. Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances
Dublin Adventure Tours is not responsible for delays, cancellations, itinerary changes, or additional expenses resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, traffic, mechanical problems, government actions, strikes, public emergencies, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
Customers are encouraged to consider travel insurance, particularly for international travel.
14. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended, especially for international trips and higher-value travel arrangements.
Travel insurance may provide protection for circumstances including trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, lost luggage, travel delays, and other unexpected events.
Dublin Adventure Tours does not provide travel insurance unless specifically stated as part of a particular tour package.
15. Pricing and Additional Costs
Tour prices are based on the itinerary and services described at the time of booking. Prices may be subject to change prior to final payment if circumstances outside the control of Dublin Adventure Tours result in increased transportation, lodging, admission, fuel, taxes, fees, or other travel-related costs.
Any applicable additional charges will be communicated to customers as soon as reasonably possible.
16. Damage and Cleaning Charges
Customers may be responsible for costs associated with damage to or excessive cleaning of a motorcoach, hotel room, or other property resulting from their actions or the actions of members of their traveling party.
Any such charges may be assessed in addition to the trip price.
17. Liability
Dublin Adventure Tours makes every reasonable effort to provide safe, reliable, and enjoyable travel experiences. However, Dublin Adventure Tours may utilize independent transportation companies, hotels, restaurants, attractions, guides, and other third-party service providers.
Dublin Adventure Tours is not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, failures, or service interruptions of independent third-party providers except to the extent required by applicable law.
Nothing in these terms is intended to waive or limit any rights or protections that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.
18. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a reservation, paying a deposit, making any payment toward a trip, or participating in a Dublin Adventure Tours trip, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Booking Terms & Conditions.
These terms apply to the person making the reservation and all members of their traveling party.
Dublin Adventure Tours reserves the right to update these Booking Terms & Conditions from time to time. The terms in effect at the time of booking will generally apply to that reservation, unless otherwise required by law or specifically communicated to the customer.
